Terms of service

Last updated: July 2, 2026

The service

Qemba is a connected operations platform for plant teams: daily checks, KPIs, issues, handover, standards, and leadership review in one place. By creating an account or using Qemba, you agree to these terms.

Qemba is in early access. Features will change, sometimes quickly. We will do our best to warn you before changes that affect how your team works day to day.

Your account

Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself and tell us right away if you think an account has been compromised. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

You need to be authorized to act for the company you set up in Qemba, and the information you enter about that company needs to be accurate.

Your data

Everything your team records in Qemba belongs to your company. You give us only the permission needed to host, process, back up, and display that data so the service works. When you leave, you can take your data with you — email us for an export.

How we handle personal data is covered in the privacy policy.

Fair use

Use Qemba for running your operations, not for anything unlawful. Do not try to break into other companies' workspaces, probe or overload the service, or resell access to Qemba without our written agreement.

If an account puts the service or other customers at risk, we may suspend it while we sort the situation out with you.

Billing

Paid packages are billed through Stripe at the prices shown on the pricing page, monthly or annually as selected. You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. We will tell you ahead of time before any price change affects your subscription.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Qemba fast and reliable, but during early access the service is provided as is, without a formal uptime guarantee. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose until we publish a formal service level commitment.

In plain words: to the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to Qemba is limited to the amount your company paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost production or lost profits.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Qemba and delete your account at any time. We can end the agreement with reasonable notice, or immediately if these terms are seriously broken. Either way, you can request an export of your data as described above.

Changes and contact

When these terms change, we update this page and the date below; significant changes will also be announced in the product or by email. Questions: shaungoupil@gmail.com.
